- Include the minus symbol: The first time you receive your login and password, the password comes with a minus symbol or dash in front of it. Example: -BSmiTH. Be sure and include this symbol when entering your password!
- The login and password are case sensitive: That means if your login has a combination of lower case and upper case (capital letters), you need to include these exactly as you received them.
- Don't forget to Log Off: Click on the
button, at the top of the page, once you're done working with the portal.
