Application Process for New Students in Grades K-1st 

 Step 1  Ensure Your Child Meets Age Cut Off for Grade Level (Age 5 by Sept 1 for K and Age 6 by Sept 1 for First)

Step 2    Complete Online Waiting List Form Which Opens October 1 – Priority Registration is Provided to Students on Waiting List

Step 3    Schedule a Tour with the Registrar or Join Us at Our Open House

Step 4    Complete the Online Registration Form

Step 5    Pay Non-Refundable Registration Fee – Registration is Not Complete Until Payment is Submitted

Step 6   Submit Academic Records from Previous School

Step 7    Submit Immunization Records

 

Once your Registration Application is complete, you will receive confirmation of admission, as well as next steps information.

Please Note that Admissions to 8th Grade Only Take Place under Special Circumstances

Steps to complete online registration

  • Click on the REGISTRATION LINK hyperlink from the bottom of the page
  • Read the "NEW or RETURNING STUDENTS" message and use the proper login account
 

- Note to New Parents:

  • Input your information and press the "Create Account" button
  • Fill in your child's information and press the "Add Student" button
  • After a few seconds, your child’s name will appear on the right section of the screen
  • Click on the "Go to Enrollment" button and follow the instructions and fill in all forms
 

- Payment Options and Merchant Fees:

  • If you chose to pay with an electronic funds transfer through Automated Clearing House (ACH), then there will be a charge of $1.00 per $500, plus $1.00 transaction fee. (For example, a $900.00 payment will have total of $3.00 fee)
  • If you chose to pay with a debit or a credit card, there will be a charge of 2.3% of the payment amount, plus $1.00 transaction fee. (For example, a $900.00 payment will have total of $21.70 fee)
  • If you chose the "Cash" option, then you have to bring a check or cash to school's office within two business days.
