Position Overview: We are on searching for a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) Programs Coordinator and Teacher with a vibrant, positive mindset and a love for innovative education to take the helm of our existing STEAM curriculum. This is a leadership role best suited for someone who not only has a strong foundation in either STEAM disciplines or the Arts but also thrives in collaborative, creative environments and possesses a genuine passion for engaging with and inspiring students.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovative Curriculum Implementation: Embrace and enhance our existing STEAM curriculum, infusing it with your own unique creativity and adjustments to suit evolving learning goals and student needs.
  • Leadership in Coordination: Spearhead our STEAM programs with visionary leadership, ensuring resources are adeptly managed, schedules are harmonized across departments, and programs enrich our curriculum.
  • Collaborative Professional Growth: Actively pursue and promote professional development opportunities, both as a leader and a learner, sharing the latest STEAM educational innovations with peers to foster a collective educational advancement.
  • Dynamic Community Engagement: Be the face  of our STEAM initiative within the school and the broader community, orchestrating engaging events, forming meaningful partnerships, participating with success in local and community wide competitions and creating avenues for students to extend their learning beyond traditional classroom walls.
  • Student Mentorship: Emerge as a mentor and guide for students, encouraging creative projects, STEAM competitions, and extracurricular activities, all while nurturing their inherent talents and curiosities.
 
Qualifications:
  • A degree in a STEAM field, Education, or the Arts, reflective of a broad and creative academic background.
  • Teaching experience with a demonstrated flair for curriculum adaptation and a penchant for leveraging technology in education.
  • Impeccable organizational and leadership talents, coupled with a forward-thinking, positive approach to educational challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills that shine amongst both colleagues and students, fostering a spirit of inspiration, collaboration, and innovation.
