Memento Forms Due (Current 7th Grade Students)

Each year, the administration arranges for a few special treats for the 8th grade graduating class at Chamlian. These are mementoes that we hope they will treasure for years to come.

This year, we will be ordering customized sweatshirts and t-shirts for the graduating class. The students will be wearing these sweatshirts instead of the light blue uniform sweatshirts both in school and during their trip to Armenia. You might consider ordering more than one sweatshirt, as they will not be available at a later date.

Please complete the 8th Grade Memento Form (attached) and mail or return it to the school office with a check made payable to Chamlian Armenian School no later than Friday, June 5, 2015.
