Online Platforms

We have continued to advance our technological tools by incorporating the best online tools to maintain a rigorous grade-level aligned instruction supplemented with carefully designed scaffolding.

Our technology-driven curriculum at Chamlian has created tools to transform teaching and learning, especially as a method for increased communication and collaboration. Chamlian’s dynamic curriculum encourages our teachers to implement these new skills to help re-define the role of learning. Ultimately, our goal is for technology to not just enhance the curriculum, but transform instructional practice to better equip our students as digital citizens.

Access to Online Platforms:

To ensure access to all online platforms:

Each student in Kindergarten-5th grade will be charged a one-time digital usage fee of $65 for the year which will be automatically charged as part of your child(ren)s August tuition.

Each student in 6th-8th grades will be charged a one-time digital usage fee of $65 for the year in addition to $42 dollars for VLUME membership which would be a total one time payment of $107 which will be automatically charged as part of your child(ren)s August tuition.

Students will be granted access to our online platforms during the first week of school.

Students will have access to the following online platforms: Think Central & Collections Reading program, Online Math Program (Go Math), IXL program, SAVVAS Science, and VLUME.

Please read the following description of each program below:

Think Central & Collections Reading Portal (K-5th grades only): Access digital reading resources, interactive content and services, combining digital innovation and research to make learning more engaging and effective.

Go Math! (K-5th grades only): A comprehensive Grade K-5 mathematics program developed to support the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics and to ensure that students can access content at appropriate levels of depth and rigor.

IXL (All grades): IXL combines a comprehensive K-12 curriculum, a Real-Time Diagnostic, personalized guidance, and actionable analytics to personalize instruction and help students progress faster. IXL is aligned to the Common Core and all state standards and supports differentiated instruction through a deeply adaptive curriculum.

VLUME (6th-8th grades only): is the largest and leading Armenian digital library, which enables users to read & listen to their favorite books on their daily-life devices. The library of hundreds of ebooks and thousands of hours of audio recordings, have already gained the love and praise of the public.

Savvas Science (6th-8th grades only): Digital access offers interactive lessons that engage students in hands-on learning experiences. These lessons include virtual labs, experiments, and activities that allow students to explore scientific concepts in a virtual environment. The platform also includes a variety of assessment tools to measure students' progress and understanding of scientific concepts.
