This year’s Spelling Bee took place on February 15th with 35 finalists. The spellers did an outstanding job spelling many challenging words that led up to several rounds. An enthusiastic audience consisting of fellow classmates and parents cheered them on every step of the way.
We are proud of our 35 finalists and the first place winner, Maria Miwalian, who will go on to compete in the LA County Spelling Bee on March 29, 2017.
