Student Clubs
At Chamlian, our student clubs are a fundamental component of our educational approach, crafted to shape the leaders of tomorrow. Participating in our Leadership and Interest Clubs offers students from grades 6 through 8 a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills while deeply diving into specific niches for the entire academic year. This experience allows for a rich exploration of academic interests, a celebration of Armenian culture, and the cultivation of integrity, ethical behavior, and a commitment to community service. These clubs extend our mission beyond traditional classrooms, empowering students to lead, innovate, and make a meaningful impact on their community, truly reflecting Chamlian's spirit.
Leadership Clubs comprising the Student Council, Armenian Club, Booster Club, and Character Counts Crew, provide an essential service to our community. These clubs enable students to embody the principles of shared leadership and collaborative efforts. Participants actively engage in school governance and spearhead community projects that reflect our heritage while fostering values of integrity, responsibility, and ethical conduct. Membership requires election, underscoring the value of democracy and emphasizing the importance of community trust and support.
Interest Clubs invite students to explore activities that spark their interests, foster creativity, and encourage personal growth. From technology and STEM to the arts and service, our clubs offer a wide range of opportunities for students to discover new passions, build meaningful friendships, and develop leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Through hands-on experiences and real-world applications, students strengthen the skills they need to succeed both in and beyond the classroom.
