Mrs. Tamar Baboujian

I serve as the Director of Development at Chamlian Armenian School. Since joining the Chamlian community, I have focused on advancing our mission through strategic development, Armenian cultural programming, and meaningful communication, ensuring every family feels connected and informed.

My background is rooted in nonprofit leadership and policy, with a Master of Public Policy from USC, where I focused on Nonprofit Management and Leadership. I also hold a Grant Writing Certification from USC, a BFA in Fine Arts and Art History from UC Irvine, and a Certificate in Documentary Photography from the Maine Media Workshops.

Before Chamlian, I held leadership and policy roles at World Vision International, AYF Camp of California, the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA), and the Los Angeles City Commission for Youth & Families, where I focused on communication strategy, youth advocacy, and nonprofit development, all centered around creating opportunities for children and families.
