By signing below, I/We confirm the following:

I/We have read and understand the Event Terms & Conditions Waiver of Liability as outlined on the school website.

I/We have reviewed and understand the Bus Service Guidelines as outlined in the Student Handbook.

Follow school personnel and bus driver’s directions at all times.
Be respectful towards other students, school bus personnel, and school bus driver at all times.
Once you are on the bus, find a seat, remain seated, face forward, and keep the aisle clear for the entire duration of the ride.
Keep hands, arms, and feet inside the bus at all times.
Talk quietly while on the bus to avoid distracting the bus driver. 6. Refrain from eating or drinking on the bus.
Store your belongings on the floor by your feet.
Emergency exits are for emergencies only. Refrain from touching the emergency doors or knobs.
Do not litter. Take any trash with you when you leave the bus.
When you reach the school, or your bus stop on the return trip home, have your belongings ready to exit the bus.

Students need to follow all the Bus Behavior Expectations as mentioned above. Anyone not following the bus behavior expectations will be subject to receive consequences according to the Discipline Policy in the Chamlian Student Handbook. Chamlian reserves the right to remove a student from using the school bus transportation system for not adhering to the Bus Behavior Expectations policies.

I/We understand that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the loss of bus service privileges for our child(ren).
