Chamlian Celebrates Ms. Anita Torosian's Birthday

Today, we celebrate the birthday and life of Ms. Anita Torosian, whose legacy of dedication to students and teachers alike was an inspiration to us all. In her memory, Chamlian Armenian School’s Booster Club, which Ms. Anita was in charge of, has made a donation to Worldreader, an organization which works globally with partners to support vulnerable and underserved communities with digital reading solutions that help improve learning outcomes and workforce readiness. The combination of books, technology, and programming help children across the globe reach their full potential and discover the world through reading. As Academic Director of Chamlian, Ms. Anita was always at the ready to guide and encourage students throughout their educational journey; now, her passionate dedication to reading and education will be felt worldwide, touching the lives of countless children and youth as they grow and become the leaders of tomorrow. Ms. Anita also served as a mentor, committing her life to the betterment of our students and community.
