Ms. Taleen Markarian
My name is Ms. Taleen, and I have the great privilege of being the Transitional Kindergarten teacher at Chamlian Armenian School. From a young age, I have always had a love for learning and a desire to become an educator. I am passionate about fostering young minds and believe in creating a nurturing and engaging environment that supports the holistic growth of every student.
I hold a B.S. in Child and Adolescent Development with a focus on Early Childhood Development from California State University, Northridge. I am currently pursuing my M.A. in Elementary Education and working toward my California Teaching Credential. My professional experience includes teaching Transitional Kindergarten as well as working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, giving me a deep understanding of early childhood development and learning.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, baking, and traveling. I am inspired by the words of RIE: “TRUST. Trust your child. Trust the process. Trust your process. Trust their process. Just, trust.”
