Mrs. Mirna Masarjian

I am Ms. Mirna Masarjian, and for the past four years I have had the privilege of serving as the receptionist at Chamlian. My love for children, the Armenian language, and our culture inspires me every day as I greet families, engage with students, and encourage them to embrace and speak Armenian with pride. Hearing their voices during poetry recitations or songs for Cultural Day, May 28, April 24, and St. Vartanants fills me with joy and hope for the future of our heritage.

Born and raised in Aleppo, I grew up in a community where Armenian culture was cherished. I was an active member of the Armenian Youth Federation (AYF) and the alumni committee at Karen Jeppe Armenian College, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry from the University of Aleppo. Being part of Chamlian is more than a job, it is an honor to serve a school dedicated to preserving and passing on the Armenian spirit to the next generation.
