Mrs. Arpa Boghossian

I serve as the Director of Student Programs & Engagement at Chamlian Armenian School, my alma mater, where I lead student life, enrichment initiatives, experiential learning opportunities, and summer programming with a focus on intentional planning, student empowerment, and meaningful engagement.

Since joining Chamlian as a third grade teacher, I have remained committed to fostering student voice and leadership at every level. In my current role, I lead the planning and implementation of student-facing programs and experiences, including after-school enrichment, leadership initiatives, educational travel, special events, and summer programming, all designed to foster engagement, belonging, and personal growth.

I hold an MA in Teaching from Pepperdine University and a BA in Liberal Studies from CSUN. Prior to joining Chamlian, I owned and operated a tutoring and childcare business focused on personalized learning and strong family partnerships.

I believe some of the most meaningful learning happens beyond the classroom and am passionate about creating experiences that challenge, inspire, and prepare students to lead with confidence, empathy, and purpose.
