Mrs. Arpa Boghossian

I serve as the Director of Student Programs & Engagement at Chamlian Armenian School, where I lead student life, enrichment, and summer programming with a focus on intentional planning, student empowerment, and meaningful engagement.

 

Since joining Chamlian as a third grade teacher, I have remained committed to fostering student voice and leadership at every level. In my current role, I oversee all student-facing programs, from after-school classes and clubs to local and overnight field trips, and work to build a vibrant and inclusive school culture.

 

I hold an MA in Teaching from Pepperdine University and a BA in Liberal Studies from CSUN. Prior to Chamlian, I ran a tutoring and childcare business focused on personalized learning and family partnership.

 

I believe in nurturing students through experiences that challenge, inspire, and prepare them to lead with confidence, empathy, and purpose.
