Ms. Aline Yaghjian
Hello! I'm Ms. Aline Yaghjian and I have the joy of teaching 5th grade math and science at Chamlian Armenian School. With over eight years of teaching experience, my passion for these subjects has only grown stronger, and I strive to share that enthusiasm with all of my students. My goal is to create an engaging, purposeful learning environment where students not only understand what they are learning but also why and how it matters.
I hold a B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences from California State University, Northridge, and an M.A. in Teaching from Azusa Pacific University. My time in the classroom has been dedicated to inspiring curiosity, encouraging problem-solving, and helping students develop the skills they need to succeed academically and beyond.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy cooking, fitness, traveling, exploring the world around me, and spending quality time with friends and family.

As Harry Wong once said, “In an effective classroom, students should not only know what they are doing, they should also know why and how.”
