Welcome!
Hello and welcome! My name is Emily Boghoskhan, and I’m honored to be your child’s third-grade teacher at Chamlian. This is my ninth year teaching at this incredible school, and each year reminds me how lucky I am to be part of a community that values tradition, learning, and love for our students.
Teaching is my passion and life’s work. I believe that every child brings unique strengths and gifts to the classroom, and it’s my mission to help each of them thrive—academically, emotionally, and socially. Before I stepped into the world of teaching, I worked as a Behavioral Interventionist supporting children with special needs. That experience shaped my heart and my teaching philosophy, giving me tools to tailor instruction to diverse learning styles while fostering empathy and confidence.
In our classroom, you’ll find a joyful, safe, and inclusive space where students are encouraged to think deeply, explore boldly, and treat one another with kindness. I believe students learn best when they feel loved, seen, and supported—and I strive to make that a daily reality.
At Chamlian, I’m proud to work alongside passionate educators and wonderful families to build strong foundations for our children. I look forward to making this year full of discovery, growth, and lasting memories!
