Chamlian Hosts School-Wide Spelling Bee

In an effort to spark students’ interest in spelling and expanding their vocabulary, Chamlian conducts an annual Spelling Bee competition open to students in grades 4 through 6. To begin, each classroom conducts an internal Spelling Bee, after which each teacher submits the names of three finalists to compete in the school wide competition. We are proud of all our finalists and the first place winner, Joseph Hairapetian, who will go on to compete in the LA County Spelling Bee! Dr. Kargodorian was very proud of all the students.
