Throughout October, Chamlian celebrated Armenian Cultural Month with a variety of events that highlighted our students’ pride in their culture, creativity, and strong sense of community.
Cultural Day brought the entire school together as students recited Armenian poems, sang traditional songs, and performed beautiful folk dances that reflected their deep appreciation for their heritage. The Armenian Book Fair invited students to explore Armenian books, stationery, and cultural items, fostering a love for reading and cultural pride. The Armenian Student Club organized a successful bake sale, generously donating all proceeds to our sister school in Armenia and reinforcing the spirit of connection that unites Armenians everywhere.
A memorable highlight of the month was the visit of His Holiness Catholicos Aram I, who toured the campus, met with students, and offered his blessing for the future Hacop and Hilda Baghdassarian Preschool, creating a moment of great pride and gratitude for our entire school community.
Armenian Cultural Month at Chamlian was a joyful celebration of heritage, unity, and faith, strengthening the bond between our students and their homeland.
