Application Process

Our admissions process is meticulously designed to align with our foundational pillars: academic excellence, the preservation of Armenian heritage, innovation, and integrity. We seek families and students who share our values and are eager to contribute to and benefit from our collaborative and dynamic learning community.

Step 1: Waiting List

  • The Waiting List for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten for the 2025-2026 academic year opens on October 1, at 8:00am on our school website. Please be aware that the waiting list is valid for only one academic year.

Step 2: School Visits

  • Our Director of Admissions and Records invites prospective families to schedule a guided school tour. These visits offer prospective students and their families an opportunity to explore our facilities, and experience our welcoming community first-hand.

Step 3: Interviews

  • All prospective families engage in an informal interview with our Director of Admissions and Records, as a means to ensure that the values of prospective families align with our core values.
  • Following the interview, a confidential digital evaluation form is emailed to your child’s current school, highlighting our commitment to maintaining high standards of academic excellence and upholding values of integrity.

Step 4: Registration

  • Eligible families will receive detailed registration instructions via email. All registration documents must be submitted on our online portal during the designated registration window.
 

Registration Checklist:

  • Completed application including all required information 
  • Paid registration fee, demonstrating commitment
  • Birth certificate copy, ensuring adherence to age requirements
  • Complete immunization records, no longer accepting Immunization Plans, in line with our commitment to student safety and well-being
  • Confidential recommendation/evaluation form completion
  • Completion of an NAEYC or WASC accredited preschool or Kindergarten

Timeline of Important Dates to Remember:

October 1, 2024: 2025-2026 Academic Year Waiting List opens for TK and K only

January 2025 - February 2025: Campus Tours and Interviews 

February 2025: Student Registration Begins
