For transcripts, discipline records and/or attendance records, please contact the Director of Admissions and Records at hooshik.garabedian@chamlian.org to make your request.

All requests must be made two weeks prior to the date by which you will need the information.

Also, please note that all information requested will be sent directly to the corresponding school, unless otherwise specified.
