Nutrition Tips are offered by Chamlian's Nutrition Committee on a monthly basis.
 
This year the cafeteria service will include a balanced meal for every student who chooses to purchase the meal of the day.  For every age,  the meal will include vegetables, fruit, a protein and a starch in age appropriate portions without any substitution or omissions. Please encourage your child to eat the entire balanced meal to ensure they get the needed nutrients while minimizing food wasting.
 
Our Nutrition Committee continues to research and collaborate in order to uphold the exemplary health standards of our lunch menu. Continued research is being conducted on the health benefits of grass-fed beef, organic fruits and vegetables, as well as a plethora of other healthy options for our students, which we are pleased to announce will be served to our students beginning this year (2019-2020 school year)
